We offer a broad range of training programmes in infection control and related subjects.
We can tailor programs to suit the needs of individual organisations, environments, specialist and staff groups.
Infection Control Training employs an ICN who holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and leads on the development of all company training programmes.
Below are some of the key programs offered:
Induction training - Infection Control
Offered as part of an organisation's induction program, or as an induction module in its own right. This provides an introduction to key issues in infection control within the organisation.
Continuing Professional Development for Clinical Staff - Infection Control
Building on issues introduced at induction level, this program is particularly relevant for clinical staff involved in direct patient care. It provides training on key issues in infection control including hand hygiene, sharps injury prevention, standard infection control precautions, MRSA etc.
Infection Control Training - Support and Ancillary Staff
This provides an excellent overview of infection control for support and ancillary staff, dispelling myths and introducing safe practices for their areas of work.
