Karen Foulis - Commercial Director

Karen's career started out as a trainee accountant for Maxwell Communications & Publishing Ltd where she then moved into credit management and became a member of The Institute of Credit Management. Having worked in accounts for the Publishing industry Karen then moved into publishing and became Publisher of PC and Internet titles. With ten years experience in the Publishing industry Karen published approximately 14 titles such as, Internet & Comms Today, MacWorld, NetUser, Holidays, Windowsplus, Museums & Galleries Magazines to name but a few.

From magazine publishing Karen then started to publish websites with heavy content/advertising and was involved with the first Jewish website in conjunction with London Jewish News. She was also the Electronic Publisher for idesk Plc for three years which is a large internet company. It was during 2000 that Karen then moved from head office to another company as the financial/marketing consultant of Infection Management Ltd.

With a solid background in finance and marketing Karen together with her business partner, Dee May, established Infection Control Solutions Ltd in September 2002.
